Terms & Conditions

The following are the terms on which Dr Sian Aesthetics provides services to patients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them before booking any appointments. Dr Sian Aesthetics practises a patient-centred approach and is constantly striving to improve the service. In order to do this, it is important that patients observe the following Terms and Conditions;
  1. New Patients

Initial consultations for aesthetic patients are priced at £35. The consultation fee is deducted from the price of the treatment if the patient proceeds. The consultation will include a detailed assessment of your medical history to ensure that the most suitable treatment is provided. Treatments will be carried out at the next consultation and must be paid for in full on the day of the treatment. Please contact us for the full range of fees. Please note prices are subject to change.

  1. Appointments and Cancellations

We will agree with you the time and date of your appointment. Failure to attend may result in reallocation of the appointment slot to another client.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice in order to reallocate your appointment to another client. Please arrive for your appointment on time. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment/consultation time or forfeiting of the appointment. We will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time, however, for reasons beyond our control, we may need to delay, cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice. In this unlikely event, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.

  1. Credit Card Details, Deposits and Payments

All treatments must be paid for in full straight after the treatment session. The consultation fee is deducted from the price of the treatment. Payment is accepted by cash, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Chip and PIN card or contactless card. We do not accept payment by cheque.

  1. Treatment Suitability

Prior to any treatment being carried out, we will always conduct an initial consultation to assess whether treatment is suitable or likely to be successful for you. If it is not suitable, we will inform you as to the reasons.

  1. Liability

Dr Sian Aesthetics will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, the provision of any goods or services to the client. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all relevant medical details are provided prior to any treatment. Dr Sian Aesthetics will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

The client agrees to comply with all instructions/recommendations given to them regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Dr Sian Aesthetics liability for death or any personal injury resulting from Dr Sian Aesthetics negligence.

  1. Your Right to Complain

Dr Sian Aesthetics will endeavour to treat all clients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. If you have an issue relating to your treatment, you are entitled to lodge a complaint verbally or in writing. On receipt of a complaint, we will investigate the issue(s) you have raised on your complaint fully and respond to you accordingly. The timescales for dealing with a complaint are as follows: You will receive an ‘acknowledgement of receipt’ of your complaint from us within 3 working days of receipt of your complaint.

Within 10 working days of the acknowledgement, you will receive a full response.

If we are unable to resolve the matter within the 10 working days as stated above, we will provide you with reasons why we could not meet this time frame and provide you with an estimate of when a full response will be received.

We are members of the Cosmetic Redress Scheme. If you remain unhappy with the response received from us and have exhausted our complaints procedure, you can contact the Cosmetic Redress Scheme to ask them to investigate your complaint.
